Paul Suggitt BSc (Hons) FRICS MCI Arb

A specialist in commercial professional work, Paul started practicing in Bristol in 1985, the same year as he qualified as a chartered surveyor. With substantial experience in valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, business rate appeals and CPO negotiations, Paul also regularly acts in the capacity of expert witness, preparing reports for arbitrators, independent experts and courts. Paul is a member of the RICS Panel of Arbitrators and Independent Experts for commercial rent review disputes.

Jonathan Baynes BSc (Hons) MRICS

Jon started his career in 1990 with J Trevor & Sons and has always worked in retail property. He has extensive expertise in both the food and non-food sectors, with a particular emphasis on large space, out of town and edge of centre retailing. He is currently providing strategic property advice to a range of retailers, property developers and investors.

Nigel Slater BSc (Hons) MRICS

Nigel qualified in London in 1986, joining J Trevor & Sons in Bristol the following year. Nigel advises a range of clients in transactional markets, particularly out of town development, food retailing and mixed use, the high street and investment agency. His breadth of experience and reputation for overseeing complex contractual issues increasingly involves him in the delivery of brownfield redevelopment projects.
